These terms govern your use of chroniclesofcustomersuccess.com (the “Site”), written and operated by Nitin Vohra. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, the only request is that you not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site is an editorial and informational site about the book The Chronicles of Customer Success, its author, and related consulting, speaking, and learning engagements. It is not currently a storefront. The book is not yet available for purchase through this Site, and no order, subscription, or payment can be placed here today.
Intellectual property
The text, world, characters, names (including Aetheria, the Keepers, and the Churn Dragon), artwork, and the Chronicles crest are the property of Nitin Vohra, except where otherwise credited. Nothing on this Site may be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. You’re welcome to quote and link to the Site with attribution.
The contact form
Submitting the contact form opens an email addressed to Nitin Vohra from your own email client; it does not create any contract, booking, or obligation on either side. Any engagement, consulting, speaking, or workshop arrangement is only agreed once confirmed separately in writing.
Merchandise (coming soon)
A merchandise store is planned, to be run through Shopify. Once live, purchases made there will be governed by their own terms of sale, presented at checkout, in addition to these terms.
External links
Where the Site links to third-party services, this includes a future Shopify store and social platforms, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which this Site does not control.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided as they are. Every effort is made to keep information accurate, but nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or financial advice specific to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitin Vohra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the author is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
