Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This policy explains what happens to information you share on chroniclesofcustomersuccess.com (the “Site”). The Site is written and operated by Nitin Vohra, author of The Chronicles of Customer Success. If anything here is unclear, write to marcus@chroniclesofcustomersuccess.com and I’ll answer personally.
What this Site collects
The only information the Site asks for is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional organization, and a message. There is no account system, no purchase flow yet, and no user profile of any kind.
How the contact form actually works
The Site has no backend server or database of its own. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, organization, reason, and message are sent directly to Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which then emails that submission to Nitin Vohra. Web3Forms stores submissions securely for a limited period to prevent abuse and deliver the email reliably; it does not sell or share that data. You can read their policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
Cookies and tracking
This Site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and collects information like your approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and which pages you viewed, in a form that is not used to identify you personally by this Site. Google’s own use of that data is governed by their policy at policies.google.com/privacy. The Site does not run any advertising cookies or ad-retargeting pixels.
Third parties
Your information is not sold or rented to third parties. Beyond Web3Forms (contact form delivery) and Google Analytics (traffic measurement), described above, the Site is hosted on standard web infrastructure, which may log routine technical data (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance, in the same way virtually all hosting providers do.
A merchandise store is planned for a future date, run through Shopify. When that launches, this policy will be updated to describe what Shopify collects for order fulfillment, and that section will link out to Shopify’s own privacy policy.
Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Since the Site itself does not store the information you submit, there is nothing on the Site’s side to access, correct, or delete. If you’ve emailed and want that message handled a particular way, including deleted, just say so in a reply and it will be honored.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change with it.
